Best Western Plus Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall Hotel

The hotel was cleanwith nice interior and nestled in a nice building. The rooms were on the 4th floor, we liked it. The property had a very central setting close to restaurants.

The location was unbeatable and room was bright, I loved CHEERY staff. Chinese style hotel with antique furniture in the rooms. The fact the service was impeccable too. I had a very lovely time.

We had a great stay at this recently refurbished and exceptionally friendly hotel. We loved our silent rooms, plus the staff was very attentive. Variety of supplies in the room : a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a refrigerator and a seating area.

The hotel was spotless, and we liked a spectacular location. The beds were good in the large bedroom. Doral district was worth exploring. Besides, it was near to the center and Dolphin Mall and the airport. Pool was excellent too.

Clean and exceptionally comfortable hotel, incredible breakfast...

Everything was great as always. Rooms with great bedrooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. And it also had amazing view. We appreciated the sand beach near our hotel. Pool was amazing and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The whole place was clean and the staff was customer-focused. The room was non-smoking with exceptionally comfortable beds. Found in a pretty nice area. I liked the nice restaurant and the food was great! Excellent services were available. It was as expected, had a really comfortable stay.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow, made me a little nervous.

We appreciated the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The staff members were incredible and understanding. Nice building and rooms with comfortable decoration. Continental breakfast included the most tasty fruit, pastries, sausages and croissants. The hotel was in a nice area, really close to the airport and Wal-Mart.

The rooms are well-equipped and the place is QUIET. Easy check in and in general helpful service.

It was the best of Miami hotels I visited before now. The breakfast was great there, the beds were big, all you need for a very relaxing stay. The area was good.

Staff was beautiful, rooms are neat, and I liked perfect location. There was plenty of healthy meals. A mall and a pharmacy were right next door. Inviting lobby. Have stayed at this casual hotel before now and always had brilliant service.
